"OUTSIDE RENTAL GEAR - FOR A FANTASTIC DIY SURPRISE"
The first category is "do it yourself" - create your own surprise party outside! We offer various rental gear priced $69.00 - $149.00 for two people. They are grab-n-go! You can order your food at The Farmers Daughter cafe when you pickup your picnic! You are on your own...go where you want and stay as long as you want. (We do not setup or cleanup.)
RENT FOR A DAY OR TWO!
We rent these easy outside spreads for a day or two, some where you sit on a chair and some traditional picnic setups where you sit on the ground. All are lightweight, look luxurious, and are so special for a wonderful evening or day in the Mountains, Park, or your backyard.
RESERVE GEAR:
Make a reservation on our website. You will be able to tell us how many people are in your party and you will also be able to choose which location you would like to pickup and return. We do offer delivery for an upcharge. Every package comes with beautiful items to set your "natures table" and make your outside celebration feel special, all items included are listed with every package under More Info. Each picnic comes with a thermal pack to store your food. Pack your own food or order your to-go food from a restaurant and place it in your thermal food container.
WHERE DO YOU GO FOR YOUR PICNIC:
Hike, bike or drive to your destination, Setup your picnic and enjoy your morning/day/evening/sunrise/sunset/date/celebration/outing! Cheers!
(Usually takes between 5-10 minutes to set up). For suggestions on where to go...Click on the tab "Where to go" on our website. We also send you suggestions in your confirmation email.
RETURN YOUR PICNIC:
Return your picnic back to the PICNIC PARTNER that you picked up your picnic from anytime during their working hours but before closing the next day.

The second category is called our LUXURY EXPERIENCES, these picnics start at $1000 for two people and are soooo special! Give your loved one a delightful surprise with an incredible evening! Envision the joy of driving up to discover a lavish arrangement just for them. It's truly beyond belief!
Experience an opulent and incredibly unforgettable evening orchestrated by us! We handle every detail, from the setup to the cleanup, arranging food, selecting the perfect picnic location, and managing all communication. This outdoor adventure promises to be a cherished memory. We curate and collect the picnic menu on your behalf, which includes a delectable Cheese Board (sourced from Mavens Market), an enticing Dessert Board (also from Mavens Market), as well as refreshing Salads and Flatbreads (courtesy of Makenzie River Pizza). Don't forget to bring your own beverages (BYOB) to complete the experience!
